At Identity-N-Christ, every item is created with intention and purpose. Because our products are made to order and part of limited drops, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@identitynchrist.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

We’ll gladly review it and make it right if the item is defective or an error occurred on our end.
